General Policy

Registration fees paid for scholarship exams are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Exceptions — Refund May Be Considered

  • Exam Cancellation: If we cancel an exam entirely, full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Duplicate Payment: If charged twice for the same registration, the extra amount will be refunded
  • Technical Failure: If our system prevents you from taking the exam due to server-side issues (with proof)

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after registration
  • Failure to appear for the exam
  • Disqualification due to malpractice
  • Internet or device issues on candidate's end

Refund Process

To request a refund (for eligible cases), email us at info@scholarshipportal.com with your Application ID and payment details. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
